i'm in san pablo at the raley's. the store opens in 20 minutes at 6:00 and the store has enhanced security. that's good news for customers who swipe their credit or debit card at the counter and raley's says it has been a victim of computer hacking. now, bel air raley's bel air is asking for help from the fbi in what is suspected to be a complex criminal cyber attack. that's how it's characterized on a portion of the computer network apparently sacrificed -- this is where credit and debit card numbers were stored and apparently stolen. this was all brought to the attention on thursday last thursday by a shopper who noticed some suspicious activity on her credit card. her credit card company -- credit union investigated and then notified raley's of the problem. >> we had security measures in place and cyber security is a never-ending battle. cyber criminals are sophisticated. >> it makes me nervous but sadly there's breaches almost everywhere. >> reporter: and that is true. there have been breaches at major companies
